A "scam" in my opinion. Tried the similar services under the same name in other countries and it is so different here in singapore. It seriously feels shorter than even a kcut 10min haircut! I

Luckily i did not buy the combo else it is worse. Better to pay more elsewhere to enjoy a better experience.

Came to this outlet for the first time and underestimated the wait time, so I asked if I could come back at a later timing for the treatment. Fortunately, the team was very understanding and accommodating, allowing me to come back at a more suitable time.

Tiffany did my treatment and she was really gentle and meticulous throughout. She also shared helpful skincare tips tailored to my needs. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience and I’ll definitely be back if I’m around the area!

The young lady in spectacle that did my facial today is very meticulous, nice and friendly, not only that, she also have a really good skill in cleaning and extraction as well as the facial massage for Vskin. Totally worth it visiting this outlet. I’ll visit again soon!

Decided to go for a facial here and was served by Anna. Its my first time with her and no regrets at all. She is very gentle and she knows what she’s doing. Immediate results post facial. Even though her English is not as fluent but can tell how much she loves to explain and talk, 10 for effort . Definitely will come again for her touch!

I've visited several outlets and never had any issues with staff calling me when it's my turn. However, my experience at the Bedok Mall outlet was disappointing. When I asked to be called due to a queue, the staff there literally chased me out. At other outlets, even if there's a customer inside, staff have always attended to my enquiry politely. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the name of the staff at Bedok, but the service was unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this outlet again.

Understaffed and constant upselling. Made me wait for 30minutes because supplier came?!?! So underataffed that the personnel kept leaving (severely affecting my experience) to entertain potential customers…. Zero professionalism. For an express 30minute service, ended up staying over an hour. Oh and they brag on no upselling, but spent literally 10minutes (after wasting 1 hour of my time) upselling me a random hydrating product… help 🙁

I quit going to premium brands and visit this instead. All the staff there made me feel welcome and cleansing (regardless of duration) have always been satisfying. They have demonstrated patience especially when I have to ring the bell upon my every visit to make sure the waiting time is comfortable with my schedule. Great service.

Not too bad for a facial, although waiting time is a bit long as I waited for an hour. For the price, you pay for what u get. Yr face feels clean at the end of the treatment although there’s not many cleaning step like the other facial centers as they use a cleaning machine which helps save time. that explains the name itself. Suitable for busy working adults. I like that there is no hard sales at all.

I had a disappointing experience with employee Candy. I went in specifically for a facial needle extraction to remove a pimple, but she recommended an $85 package, assuring me it would take care of the issue. However, by the end of the session, the pimple was still there, and I ended up paying more for a service that didn’t deliver on its promise. It felt misleading and was a frustrating experience.
